After two miscarriages blood tests suggested I had really poor fertility (FSH 27.3, AMH 0.8) and so I was referred for IVF. The first London clinic wouldn't even consider this and told us our only option was egg donation. That's when we had something of a chance encounter with Mr. Borase. Having done an internal scan, he persuaded us that things were more hopeful than the blood tests suggested and to try modified natural IVF with Create. The first step though was to have a 'full internal MOT' as I had a suspected hydrosalpinx. In actual fact it turned out to be something different and I kept both of my fallopian tubes. The operation was in June and its now end of August and I'm nearly 10 weeks pregnant... naturally without IVF. I couldn't recommend Mr. Borase more highly as someone who genuinely has your interests at heart. He took time to explain everything and was great in answering our questions and supporting us all the way.

After TTC for just over a year. Was referred to Dr Borase on the NHS where he immediately knew from blood test I have PCOS and consultation that I have endometriosis. Literally was so surprised I didn’t know I had pcos and didn’t be Have obvious symptoms. The scan I had confirmed it all. So suggested a “full mot” surgery. I fell pregnant so quickly after I was so surprised. Whatever he did absolutely worked. Would 100% recommend him.

I'm pregnant!!! After trying to conceive for 2 years with endometriosis and PCOS, I had a "full MOT" operation with Dr Borase. I couldn't believe it when that next month afterwards I found out I was pregnant :) Although nothing was obviously wrong from my ultrasound scans Dr Borase suggested laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, dye test and ovarian drilling. Although I'm so scared of operations I felt I had nothing to lose as this was the next step before having to go through IVF. I was so used to disappointment I wasn't sure it would work so I was pleasantly surprised to find out the happy news. Dr Borase removed stage 3 endometriosis, flushed the tubes, and did the ovarian drilling. I'm not sure what part of it did the trick but Dr Borase is officially our miracle worker. We're beyond thrilled!
